5.3 Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5.4 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
